• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload on your website(s).
• You are solely responsible for the content published on your website(s) through our platform.
• The Company reserves the right to remove content or suspend websites that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Payment & Subscription

• Certain features and plans may require payment of fees as specified on the platform.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Subscription renewals are subject to the terms of the selected plan.

5. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including templates, designs, software, and trademarks. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
